Device configuration to address target systems

The purpose of a device configuration is to address →target systems from within Neuron Power Engineer by nodes specified within a device object.
Device configurations are not provided in all variants of Neuron Power Engineer.

Restriction At present, such device objects are required in Neuron Power Engineer when performing a →PIL-test.
